May bunco 09

We had May bunco at Linda's house. Now we had never actually played bunco at Linda's because she normally does Christmas bunco (and we don't play that month) but this year she decided to try a different month.

Here is Linda telling us that Target forgot to put the cute gift sacks in her bag even though she paid for them. The gifts were too cute though so that made up for it.

April bunco 09

We had our April bunco at Michelle's house. She made a mexican casserole and had coconut and chocolate pies for dessert.

We started off with Wendy singing Wilson Phillips for us.



And then with Michelle giving us the instructions.

March bunco 09

WE had our March bunco at Sheri's house. We had chicken casserole and brownies and ice cream for dessert.

Feb. Bunco 09

This month bunco was hosted by Leigh. She made baked potatoes and the fixin's along with barbequed chicken and chips and dip. We had a WW chocolate pie and a giant birthday cookie that Wendy brought for Leigh.

Jenn W couldn't stay but she stopped by for just a few minutes to say hi! Naturally she had to get her photo with Wendy before she left.



We ended up with one to many to play so Leigh sat out. She took the camera and took some photos. I am not sure what is going on in these photos but I am sure it was hilarious.

January Bunco 09

We are into 2009 and the playing bunco doesn't stop. We decided to just go out to eat this month and chose Firebird's as our destination. Firebird's has been officially silly sisterfied! We had a good time eating and then of course had dessert.









The dessert was obviously really good!



And then we wanted to take a group photo so we asked our waiter to take the photo for us. Then the creepy manager guy (who had already been over flirting with a few of us) comes over and says wait I will take it, don't you want your waiter to be in the photo. We all thought "no" but said "yes". So here is the same picture twice. Once in its original form and then cropped down to the way we wanted it taken in the first place (zoomed and no waiter)!

Christmas Bunco

We had our Christmas bunco last night. Linda was the hostest but Josh was sick so Cheryl was nice enough to let Linda host at her house. We had yummy Coletta's pizza and some kind of truffle for dessert. Plus there was chocolate everywhere!

We don't play bunco on this night (much to Jenn W's delight) because we bring a gift and play the dirty Santa game. We have the best gifts brought so no one goes home with a bad gift.

Leigh and Wendy also brought us some cute little gifts and Leigh had a sorta game. There was an extra prize and whoever had the words Merry Christmas on the bottom of their bucket won. Here we all looked at once:



There were several Starbucks gift cards, a couple of bracelets, a couple of cute Christmas decorations, a scarf, a wallet, a blanket and a Twilight book (which grabbed the attention and loud screams of several players).





We did play one big round of bunco to see who gets to pick the big candy bars first. Just a casual round on the floor.
